What should I buy?

I'm tossing up between God of War - $30, Star Wars: The Force Unleased - $70, Kingdom Hearts - $50, Grand Theft Auto III - $30, and there's more games, but I can't remember them.

I'm thinking of getting God of War and Grand Theft Auto, but give me suggestions.
